NZLED® Provides Better Light At Manufacturer's Training Room In North Charleston

The Training Room at the Mahle Manufacturing plant in North Charleston has undergone a “night and day” transformation thanks to NZLED® installed by Gary Keisler and the NetZero USA team in Charleston, South Carolina.
Originally using 12 400 watt Metal Halides that were loud and slow to fully turn on, NetZero USA’s team replaced the metal halides with NZLED® 9110 100w high bays, adding 3 additional lights for a total of 15, to give the customer the right amount of light. Footcandles were improved from 35-50 fc from the metal halide lighting to 95-110 fc using the NetZero solution.
And because many different types of training are conducted in this room, Gary’s team put each row on a separate switch with a dimmer, allowing trainers to turn off a specific row or dim the lights based on their specific training needs.
