NetZero USA's Precautions During the Coronavirus Outbreak (COVID-19)

At NetZero USA, our customer’s safety is of the utmost concern for us and we want them to have peace of mind while we perform LED lighting assessments and installations.
All of our employees have received an advisory as to when to stay home from work, have been instructed to maintain six (6) feet of spacing whenever feasible, and wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent (60%) alcohol prior to any appointment or frequently during the work day.
In addition, our distribution facility adheres to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers as well as the Social Distancing Requirements set forth in Section Il.D. of the Order which includes, maintaining at least a six-foot distancing from other individuals; washing hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer; covering coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands); regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces; and refraining from shaking hands.
Additionally, we adhere to the Required Measures as set forth in Section I 1.E. of the Order, which requires Essential Businesses to take proactive measures to ensure compliance with Social Distancing Requirements, including where possible: (1) designating with signage, tape, or by other means, six-foot spacing for employees and customers where applicable to maintain appropriate distance and (2) having hand sanitizer and sanitizing products readily available for employees.
During our appointments, we ask our customers that they maintain six (6) feet of spacing between themselves and our employees for their safety and ours.
