What You Need to Do:

  • Determine if you are using or have installed the Affected Products: Check the product label affixed to the fixture – Or Take a photograph of the fixture and send to our dedicated Support Team for identification

Discontinue using the Affected Product immediately if there are any signs of the following:

  • Color shift (variation in colors or discoloration of the LED’s)
  • Dark spots (shadow areas where no LED’s are lit)
  • Non-uniform light output
  • LED pixelation on or close to the lens (individually observable LED’s instead of a uniform or diffused light output)
  • Lens discoloration
  • LED modules/boards that are no longer secured to the metal housing
