Irwin County Hospital recently upgraded their lighting to NZLED® technology and is now on track to realize over 68% reduction in annual lighting costs. The complete lighting update was performed by NetZero USA® of South GA and included retrofitting over 800 fluorescent light fixtures and many more exterior wall packs and metal halide light fixtures.

Our services and environment will meet the needs of our patients, medical staff and employees while ensuring financial integrity. We exist to provide cost effective primary care and promote wellness. We will be progressive in technology, committed to quality service with a personal touch. Hospital Mission Statement

Irwin County Hospital’s new NZLED® lighting upgrade is proof that the facility is truly committed to cost effective care, new technology, and serving the needs all of their patrons, as is evidenced by the more than $400,000 dollars of cumulative savings the hospital will save over the next ten years. This cost savings means the hospital will have more money for new equipment and machines, and better services and programs for patients.

And because NZLED® lighting and controls last longer and require less service than T8 fluorescent lighting, the hospital’s maintenance crew will see countless maintenance savings in addition to their stellar financial savings.

Local utility provider Georgia Power helped make this project possible with their energy efficient lighting rebate program which included a lighting rebate of over $12,000 dollars on this project.
