LED Lighting Upgrade Will Provide Nearly $7.5k In Energy Savings
NetZero USA of Rocky Mountain partnered with the Buena Vista School District to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their “Bus Barn” warehouse located in Buena Vista, Colorado. With a lighting usage of 2704 hours annually, NetZero USA of Rocky Mountain recommended the installation of NZLED® 60w 9868 & NZLED® 30w 9834 LED Retrofit Kits, and NZLED® 160w 9160 LED for Metal Halides inside the facility.
The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture wattage by an average of 82 watts, and has provided a total energy savings of 62.3% over their old equipment.
As a result, the employees who work at this warehouse are now benefiting from a better, brighter workspace, and facility owner Buena Vista School District is saving money each month through the reduction on energy consumption.
In fact, over the next 10 years, close to $7,500 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project!
