NZLED® Lighting Will Provide Over $192k Savings At Charleston Office
NetZero USA® partnered with Northwoods Properties to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their 75,000 sq. ft. real estate facility located in Charleston, South Carolina.
With a lighting usage of 2,600 hours annually, NetZero USA® recommended the installation of NZLED® 50w 8450-MK 2’x4’ LED Multi Kelvin Flat Panels, NZLED® 50w 8450 2’x4’ LED Flat Panels, NZLED® 40w 8240 2’x2’ LED Flat Panels and NZLED® 65w 9865 8’ LED Shop Light Retrofits throughout the facility. The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture energy use by an average of 72 watts and has provided a total energy savings of 62.1% over their old lighting equipment.
As a result, the employees who work at this facility are now benefiting from a better, brighter space with improved illumination, and Property Manager Cheryl Hay is saving money each month through the facility’s reduction of energy consumption. In fact, over the next 10 years, more than $192,000 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project!
