NZLED® Lighting Will Provide Nursing Home $156k In Savings!
NetZero USA® partnered with Mount Pleasant Manor to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their 20,000 sq. ft. nursing home facility located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
With a combined lighting usage of 8,760 hours annually, NetZero USA® recommended the installation of NZLED® 45w 1436 2’x4′ LED Center Basket Retrofits throughout the facility. The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture energy use by an average of 112 watts and has provided a total energy savings of 74.1% over their old lighting equipment.
As a result, the residents who live at this facility are now benefiting from a better, brighter space with improved illumination, and Administrator Bruce White is saving money each month through the facility’s reduction of energy consumption. In fact, over the next 10 years, more than $156,000 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project.
