NetZero USA recently completed a LED lighting upgrade in Wheat Ridge for the local Big-O Tires showroom and service center.
LED Upgrade Results In 62% Energy Savings, Better Lighting Levels
NetZero USA of Centennial partnered with automotive repair company Big O Tires to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their service shop located in Wheat Ridge, CO.
With a lighting usage of 5,096 hours annually, NetZero USA recommended the installation of NZLED® 40w 8440s, NZLED® 60w 9868s, and NZLED® 40w 9844s inside the facility. The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture wattage by an average of 83 watts, and has provided a total energy savings of 62% over their old equipment.
As a result, the employees who work at this Service Shop are now benefiting from a better, brighter work space, and store manager Chris Blake is saving money each month through the reduction of energy consumption.
In fact, over the next 10 years, more than $25,575 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project.
