Police Station Upgrades Exterior Lighting To LED With Net Zero USA
NetZero USA of Orlando partnered with the city of St Cloud, Florida to deliver an energy-efficient lighting solution for their 5,000 sq. ft. police station and administrative building.
With a lighting usage of 4,368 hours annually, NetZero USA recommended the installation of the NZLED® 9120 120w LED retrofit kits outside the facility. The updated equipment has reduced the per-fixture wattage by an average of 130 watts. and has provided a total energy savings of 56.3% over their old fluorescent lighting.
As a result, the employees who work at this local government office are now benefiting from a better, brighter facility, and taxpayers are saving money each month through the reduction of energy consumption. In fact, over the next 10 years, more than $17,961 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this project.
