RuBo's Grocery Store Picks Net Zero USA For Second LED Retrofit

logoRuBo’s is a small, privately owned chain of grocery stores in South Georgia. Based on the savings experienced at their Americus location from replacing outdated T12 fluorescent lights with modern, energy efficient LED options, the RuBo’s owners contracted with Net Zero USA of South GA to handle a 2nd turnkey lighting retrofit, this time at their grocery store in Ft. Gaines, Georgia.

Prior to the upgrade the T12 light fixtures being used at RuBo’s were burning approximately 150-watts each hour. The LED solution installed by Net Zero USA brings those same light fixtures down to just 60-watts each hour. The difference between the two is incredible, as can be seen in the before & after photos.

And since the LED solutions were retrofitted into the existing fixtures, Net Zero USA is providing RuBo’s with added savings since buying a new fixture was not required. Over the next 10 years, more than $129,000 dollars in cumulative savings will be delivered as a direct result of this LED lighting improvement!

Plus, the LED lighting experts at Net Zero USA helped RuBo’s take advantage of a Georgia Power rebate worth over $4,000 dollars and a REAP Grant in excess of $11,000 dollars! Savings on top of savings!
